Here's one for the alignment experts... Does adjusting the ride height up or down on the front suspension change the camber or caster setting? If it does, would changing the ride height by 1/2" to one side require a new alignment?

Yes it does. At the very least I would have it checked. You don't want to cause any toe or camber wear on your tires by not getting it checked.
 
Yes it does.
Any adjustment on any part of the steering components will ultimately affect the alignment to a degree.
It would pay to have a rec-check on the alignment.
