I am not sure what you call these access flaps on the front fender wells on my 1965 Plymouth Belvedere. They are made of some sort of flexible material and are cut for the brake lines. I need to purchase these flaps, but I dont know their actual name and where to purchase them. any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

They are called inner fender splash shields. I know for later 60's BBody they are available. Not sure about 65' maybe they're the same?

The masticated rubber splash shields are readily available, although most vendors will want to sell you a complete six piece kit to do the entire frame rail area. They should cost you around $28 for a kit. All of the 63 to 65 B-Bodies used the same frame rail splash shield configuration. The 62 B-Bodies did not use them and 66 to 70 B-Bodies used the same style. If you are not able to find them, I have them in stock.

You are correct on the '62 not having them and believe me they are needed. The whole inside of my engine compartment is peppered with chips from stones coming through those open holes.

I'm thinking about getting a set for '63-'65, with clips and just drill the holes for them.
