I may be using the wrong term. Not toe in or toe out. The bottoms of the tires point in so camber?

I misread the quote your correct positive camber

So everything looks good. The bolt that adjust camber needs to be adjusted so I'll be jacking it up tomorrow to adjust the camber.

On Mopars RWD there is no bolt that will adjust camber. On RWD Mopars the 2 upper adjusters are for camber and caster. On FWD Mopars most did have a single bolt that would adjust camber. On all Mopars changing the camber setting will change the toe settings. That is why toe is always finished last, sometime you have to adjust the toe before you can drive on the ramps. Massive bad toe will push the ramps as you drive on.
