Fuel return line

I am installin a 440 in my 68 charger, do i need a fuel return line. What size lines do you recommend. Thanks

whether you need a return or not may depend. they are nice for hot weather driving and prevent vapor lock. the original 440's and hemi's had return lines that was 1/4" tubing and a nipple in the sending unit for the return. return lines need to be regulated and that was done thru the vapor seperator. your climate may be cool enough to not need one. may depend on engine temps too.
