FUEL SENDER BRAND OPTIONS

I have a autometer fuel guage .75-10 ohms nonlinear and looking for advice on a fuel sender unit for it. Would you pick a spectra premium or a oer brand from classic ind. or one from Mancini racing, brand unknown . I know nothing works like the originals so how would you rate these 3 . RADSAVOY

I have little faith in the sending units sold today as being accurate. I would just buy one that fits line wise and price wise. Then buy one of these and calibrate your system.

I bet there are still a few places that rebuild them.Hemmings used to have several ads.Maybe a google search would help locate a rebuilder.

the old sending unit was a stewert warner top of tank mount installed by prev. owner on the side of the tank which resulted in an inaccurate reading and a steady fuel leak . also the ohms were for a chevy gauge . next week my spectra premium tank will be arriving so getting the old sender rebuilt wouldn't solve anything,
