I think the cutting refers to the attention to paint and detailing....hence why his paint is all blistered and flaky

By cutting he's referring to the suspension they turn stuff like this into hoopdzz with big getto rims and cut the wheel wells out to fit them . I think he's trying to sell to the wrong market a boom box might help sell it
