I have a 69 charger 440 with 727, hooker comp headers, flowmaster exhaust. Engine is bored 30th over, cam near stock, mopar electronic ignition. I am looking for the best Holley carb for my set up. For street performance

The vac-sec 750 (3310) is known for working good on most any street car from 350 Chevy up through big block anything. The early ones were rated at 780 cfm...anyone know why?

If you are not going for 375HP and Rpm limit is about 5,000 a 650 cfm will work well for you--vacume secondarys..................................MO

650 is too small for a 440 let alone a 446 which he has, 750 is said to be the optimal size for a stock 440
as to my knowledge and research

I recently gave Holley another try, a 3310. It has been a really good choice! I love my Thermoquad till the body cracked. Now I can't imagine using another carb.

My combo: 69 road runner, Auto. Cast crank 446, 452 heads, 9.5 to 1 stock pistons, whiplash cam by Hughes (never buy another), Edelbrock performer intake, MSD 6al ignition, stock exhaust manifolds through purple hornies.

Even with no choke hooked up it starts easy . Hot or cold. It pops to life when you stab it!

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Welcome to FBBO... Quickfuel would be my 1st choice or a Holley for sure... between 650cfm-800cfm, depends on a few more factors, than you have listed, but I's say a vacuum secondary with an Auto & a DP with a 4 speed for mainly street driving...

Carb sized; Cubic Inches X RPM Divided By 3456 = CFM

example; 446 X 5500 divided by 3456 = 709cfm

I used a Holley 770 Street Avenger on my recent 440 build and am happy with it so far.

If your looking to purchase, I have 2 3310,s for sale as well as a brand new in box Quickfuel HR-680-VS. I,m running efi now. I had a 950 Quickfuel on my 440 stroker and performed flawless.

I have a 750 mechanical secondaries on my 440. Sure like it better than the 750 VS carb that was on it.

Holley makes a electric choke kit that fits most of there carbs. I installed one on 750 DP for daily driving before, pleased with results. 4spd car

The 3310 and 3310-1 were equipped with secondary metering blocks (with jets) and drop-leg boosters. The 3310-2 and all it's successors used a metering PLATE and had straight boosters. From a performance and tunability standpoint, the early carbs are more desirable.
