Hi B-Body community!
I am Kevin from Austria (Europe). I am glad that I found this forum!
Like the majority my first dream car was a Charger (68-70). This started around 10 years ago and after the years I found other models interesting and beautiful too but of course only Mopar and mainly the B-Bodies.
So, 10 years later I worked and saved all of my money. I packed my dad and we drove a day to look at a B-Body.
I bought it and yesterday was the day, the shipping company called me and it arrived early afternoon at my home on a truck. Battery was dead, we managed to fired it up then and I drove it home into the garage. I had barely brake power (don't know why yet), pushed the pedal almost to the firewall and this resulted in a much higher level of excitement that I already had while driving ;)
However, I am very proud to say that I own my first car, a 1968 Dodge Coronet. Finally a dream came true for me!
As I have quite a few things to fix, parts to buy and partly want to restore there will be for sure upcoming questions. I would highly appreciate someone who could support me with tips of where to find certain parts and so on.. Also I am not familiar with some special technical terms in English as they often cannot be translated easily from German to English with the same meaning. I try to do my best though.
I say Danke im voraus and write you soon
