Help Decoding Build Sheet, Please

Firstly, I am a Mopar noob. The Coronet R/T is my first Mopar and I bought it in 2012 then joined FBBO; I know, reverse order. Anyway, after seeing some other build sheets I was amazed at the condition of mine. I'll post a good pic so you guys can see it clearly. I hope with enough feedback we can put together what this car looked like coming off the assembly line in 1969.
