ya i saw that over on FABO. cant fricken believe that, i hate thieves. need to find that car before it gets parted

Good luck finding the guy... I hear this way to often from E-scam dealings... Cash only is my policy, if they can't do that, they can't have the car....

Damn shame to hear. Yeah, I hear you Budnicks. Cash shouldn't be a problem if they have the capability of getting a bank draft. If it's financed, I would insist on dealings at the financial institution.

As far as the car goes, that VIN is obviously now hot in Canada, does that translate to the US as well? if so, I'd start looking for ads for parts. Another help might be a few wanted ads to start fishing.

sorry to hear that but why didn't you verify the funds before releasing the car?

Yup, need to post pics of the car. Also, cash and bank to bank wire are the best ways to do a money transaction. I even carry a marker for checking the bills to make sure they are real.

Those photos of the guy & car will help you hopefully, that guy looks really familiar for some reason, If it was me, I would blow up that photo of the guy & car, post them all over every car forum you can find... Take them to the police also... Again good luck getting your Charger back or at least the cash...

how about getting finger prints off the bogus check he gave you or something did he lean his hand up against anything while he was there just throwing some ideas out there to help he sure looks like a douche bag.

If you have a Photo, they may be able to I.D. at Police P.D. with a computer check..

Good to have this posted, shame in the things going on like this, i hope they get him, ill post these pictures locally here, by now im sure he knows whats going on and if he is trying to keep and drive it its a good possibility the color isint the same, different wheels maybe, but 69 Chargers arent running all over either. If there's any parts numbers that would possibly help, anything that would stand out he wouldn't know of could be posted might be a help if someone comes across any. Its not unreasonable to think it could be hear in the states, Chances arent to good getting it back maybe, but it does happen.

wow that's close to where I live! I'll definitely keep my eyes open!

WOW, this sucks big time. So sorry to hear about this and hope it's found! I bet it's gone overseas so maybe some of our European forum members can help. Unless it's being parted out then it's anyone's guess.

Any further information on the guy? Where did he say he was from? Did he ever call? Send an e-mail? Mail a letter. Any of this stuff can be traced, the e-mails a lot easier than you think. Get the IP address from his e-mail and if he wasn't smart enough to use a proxy server it's a right step in the direction to game over.

i hate to hear that,,if he did that down south these boys wouldnt turn him in to the cops, they would find him and open a can of whoop. a==!!!!! thats a low as u can get.. steal another mans mopar he spend so much time and money on.

I have the pic's of the car and the do*cebag on other sites as well as a lot of car clubs here in lower and upper NYS. Maybe we can find them. Good Luck and sorry to hear.

Round up an all MOPAR posse and get the suma bitch. I could see 100-200 mopars racing down the high way after this prick. would be a beat down like he's never seen.

How ever I fear your Charger may now be on a container in the NY harbor getting ready to leave. (gone in 60 seconds)

I would file a complaint with the state department and Interpol just in case it shows up in Europe.

Wish I could help but form 3000 miles away not much other than some moral support. Good luck hope you get it back soon.

Best of luck to You....if it shows up in Aus? it will take 2-3mths....

I work with U.S. Cusoms on vehicle exports, if you have the vin number I can check to see if the car was exported out of the country or maybe still in port. you can email or contact my office. pm me to give you email and phone. I send you already a message hope, you got it. time is precious. to manny cars are getting stolen this way and shipped to Russia.good luck.
