Hope all goes well. If on public right of way police reports can become very important. On private property get a written statement and ins info.
We had am older lady back into us in a business parking lot, admitted everything them lied to her insurance company. All Allstate wanted to do is collect the deductible and cover repairs. It took a call to her insurance company to get them to look at the surveillance tape. Result her insurance covered everything. We no longer have car insurance with Allstate.
