I was gonna say how ironic it was to say he missed talking about car stuff then proceeded to talk about anything but car stuff but you beat me to it.

There are lots of ongoing topics about cars, tools, garages, etc. if you know where to look.

Speaking of cars, I hate the add on fenders on the Challengers and Chargers; they look like a cheap way of fitting a wider tire on the car. They should just make the fenders flare naturally like they used to.

You’re right.
I’m as guilty as anyone. I think it’s because right now we are all trapped indoors with nothing to occupy our minds and time with. I know that for me personally once the weather gets better and I can actually accomplish something you will see much less of me here, or online in general.
But as grim as it may seem to some here, this site is still the best, most helpful, generally courteous site that I’m part of. The mods do a great job at a thankless task, herding us cats and trolls.
I belong to one Canadian gun site that is the biggest in this country. It’s pretty much only good for buying or selling because all of the discussion boards are dominated by about five guys. If you don’t submit to them and their opinions they make your life hell. I don’t get that here.

Let's see, I've started how many flu posts lately vs car posts? Now if you want to compare all of the stuff you post compared to what I post....I stink you will seeze a huged diffrenze. If I started 'really' doing my job, your post count would take a pretty good hit.

never asked to be allowed in to.
It didn't start out being a political thread.
Perhaps the more prudent move would have been to remove the "offending" post(s)
from it instead of throwing the whole thing over there?

Locking threads gives us a chance to read over the threads without the content escalating while we are doing it. As I said. None of your concern.
