Are you asking about model? No side markers, so initial guess would be a '67 Barracuda Notch-back BH23, but it could be a '68-9 that had them "shaved"?
As for value, heck - I don't know...you could add up to a couple thousand in glass, frames, panels, whachamacallits, doodads, and godammits pretty darn quick as a parts car.
