1968 road runner hardtop 383 4 speed 323 open, black body paint, light blue upper door frame paint. Blue Bench seat

62 = 383
3 = Manual Shift 4-speed
R1 = AM Radio
213 = Build Date February 13
AX = 4_ = Non Sure Grip 3:55 Rearend ?
PNT = BB1 Black Car seems to be Blue now.
H4C = Bench seat interior Color??
This looks like a 68 model year tag but I'm not totally sure, it could 69 sure, but the 6th digit in the VIN # is the answer.
All this is from memory, I have not looked anything up in a reference book.

69 tag would be the newer style from 69 and up pictured like the one below wouldn't it?. It is def a 68 tag.

Or the fender tag was missing & they wanted a fender tag.... Found one in a wrecking yard (?) & screwed it on, not knowing what any of the codes mean....
