I'm looking forward to Mad Max Furiosa.

At least with Fury Road, they realized the cars are almost as much "stars" of this particular franchise of films as the actors.

Watched it tonight with my wife and son, we enjoyed it more than Fury Road. I was wishing the movie wasn't over, so that counts for something. :) The Valiant had a nice rumble to it!

"Mad Max" is very much a "Dirty Harry" style revenge movie, but has super cool cars and set in an alternate post apocalyptic world.

If you like cars and Dirty Harry, you should like it.

"The Road Warrior" is much more of a sci-fi apocalypse movie, but still has cool cars and a good story line.

IMO "Thunderdome" loses it's way with the cars not being featured hardly at all. It is a decent storyline, though.

At least they brought back the cars in the current "re-imagining" of the franchise.

I would personally be thrilled to watch an episodic (no over-arching plot) series of "Pre-Mad" Max and Goose going about their day to day job, like Adam-12 in wild west style Australia.
