I'm Shocked!

I bet if you told her it was the original engine they wouldn't have been the wiser.

As far as not having power brakes or steering you are correct. Working on such cars back in the day, I found most people didn't want all the power options. They said it would be more to go wrong and ordered without. My '62 Polara 500 (top of the line Dart) was ordered without any power, even has a radio delete.

I think a more Mopar savvy appraiser might have given you a higher value. Not by much but a little bit more.

Still pretty cool to have experienced what you did and you'll own the bragging rights for a long time
OMG you didn't have to say that, we'll never hear the end of it.

Good job Sonny!

I was finally able to watch it....great car!! And personally, the interior is beautiful and adds to the appeal of your Belvedere.

Vido {Vito}did well
I thought her estimate was low,
I'd have said $35k min, but I'm bias

I watched it on the Motor Trend ap, no commercials. I enjoyed seeing your car. There was a family in my small town that had a pink 67 Mustang coupe. They had two driver's aged boys. I could never figure it out.

Before I go on, let me just say for the record that I love Chargers. But how in the hell is that '70 Charger RT worth the same or more than Sonny's Cookie? I get it - Chargers are highly desirable, and most people don't get the '62-'65 Mopars, but come on!!

Great to see you on there, V! What was the deal with the gloves? LOL They made you look like a badass! Reminded me of Bill Hickman in Bullitt.

What was the deal with the gloves? the Producer also asked that question!.....

Answer;... It was cold in there...also they had each of us bring 3 change of clothes, they tell you what to wear
and it looked cool! like the charger driver in bullitt, charger driver...........:bs:
Bill Hickman (Phil), who drives the Dodge Charger, actually did drive the Charger in the movie. The driving scenes netted him additional stunt work!

Agreed. I don't think that 70 Charger would bring half of what they claim it's worth, I also don't think that 73 Charger would bring half what they appraised it at.
I think that Amazon gal must have had it in for Sonny. Sonny must have been hitting on her sister. That usually does it.
I think his car was the nicest one on the show to date

She's my least favorite person on the show.

".Mopar, Magazine star....etc " We are back baby!
