I may be able to pick up a set of the first indy iron heads.Complete unported.Freshened up.But the guides were put in with to tight of an i.d.and they cracked the casting that supports the bronze guides in the bowls. Are they worth buying, and will it create an issue.

I ran one of the very 1st pairs of these way back. They work fine but are HEAVY. Small crack around the guide boss usually doesn't hurt anything. Most of the part is ground away during porting anyway. Mine were eventually freeze cracked on the outer ends of the casting. JB welded them and ran them for years.

That is sounding promising.Any idea what a fair price would be?They also have a complete set of rocker assemblies.
