Is 2040-parts.com a valid parts site?

I've tried several times purchasing automotive parts from this site with no luck.
Appears parts are never available and wonder if it is a valid site.
Has anybody had any success making a purchase?

i've seen a lot of ads from 2040 cars...all of which seem to be copied ads from legitimate expired ads...seems fishy tho
