I had that condensation emulsion disaster before. My 383 was rebuilt and then sat for many years in a garage and accumulated some condensation. I thought the motor needed a rebuild. I ended up taking the valley pan off and cleaned up all that mess with rags. Then took the oil pan off and cleaned the sump with solvent. Then went about changing the oil several times to flush the water out. Once dry I turned the motor over by hand to get fresh oil in the bearings. Started up. Still running strong 5 years later. YMMV
