Is this correctly assembled

I had the anti-rattle spring backwards on one side. Took it apart, turned the spring around and put it back together.

My kit did not include new anti-rattle springs. So, good thing I kept all the old parts until I am sure they're going to work.

You may find it challenging hooking the park brake cable on the lever…. It’s one of the first things I do when doing them on the car

the adjuster wheels have little "R" and "L" hidden inside
them so that you can make sure they're on the correct sides - take them apart and look down
inside and you'll see them

Axles are out for new bearings. So, I thought I would try doing it this way.

When the adj lever go up it should catch the flat part of not the angled part of tooth. See KK's pic. Think you'll need to pull it apart to hook up as PRND21 pointed out.
