kidney stones

A note from a long time stone producer....I have NOT had a stone in the 3+ years since I STOPPED drinking any kind of sodas, i.e. Coke, Pepsi, Tonic Water, etc. Something to think about. I did the pee in a jug for 24 hours and that test did not indicate ANY obvious reason for the stones.

Yeah, i cut out all brown liquid sometime back except for 'joe'...but for every 4 oz. of coffee, i drink 16 oz of water.

I too have had a bout with Kidney stones. When I could no longer stand the pain, I went to the hospital and told them to either cure me or kill me. That was the worst pain I have ever felt. I was on the floor in a fetal ball. I do not know how this compares to child birth because I have never birthed a child, but it is very bad. My doctor explained to me that there was a jagged stone in the ureter tube between the kidney and bladder, and as it worked it way through the tube, that sharp edge screeching against the wall of the ureter was the source of the pain. Since I could not afford lithotripsy (sonic bombardment to break up the stone), he suggested flooding my body with fluids to try and push the stone out of the ureter and into the bladder where it could be peed out, that finally worked. I sucks to be poor AND have a Kidney stone!!!

Bko....stones Bro.....two Women Who have had multiple Children & our 'friends' have assured they would choose Childbirth as a form of punishment over the the barbed rox. The olive oil serves a dual role,,,,,, the anti oxidant properties & as a lubricant.
I suffer chronic headaches....all 3 types,,,migraine, tension & sinus....i would opt for the stones over some of the headaches im blessed with from time to time.

Oxcelaytes are bad. Also, according to what i read, the three elements that cause calcium stones are Already in the kidneys.....scrubbing bubbles if You will. It is with certain chemistries these elements have tendency to bond with one another & the sum of that co-valance is calcium deposit. Pottasium & one of these elements are attracted to eachother.....once those two become co-valant......it disallows the other two elements from getting into the mix. FYI
