I bought a new set of Magnum wheels with center caps and acorn style chrome lugnuts. Only problem is the lugnuts are all right-hand thread. Where can I get these lugnuts (see attached pic) in left-hand thread?
I will need 10 of them.

can you convert the studs?
No, the studs are really tight, had to use a torch to heat them up and then pound out one with an air-hammer. It'll be much easier to just get the left-hand thread lug nuts.

You do realize that they are swagged in place correct?
Nope....how is this procedure done ? On my 69 Charger it was a piece of cake to remove the left-hand studs by pounding them out with a hammer and then insert the right-hand ones in the drum.

It requires a special hole saw, just larger than the stud OD to machine the swaged area away. They are available to my knowledge.

I got lucky. When the Discount Tire tech broke off my lug stud, the swage went with it. I did a disk brake swap shortly thereafter, but there was a short time when I ran one right-hand stud with 4 left-hand studs on the same wheel.
