Here are before and after pics of my engine compartment. Since this is (mostly) a race car, there are no heater hoses or wiper motor to contend with. Also no turn signals. When I rewired, I moved the starter solenoid to the inside of the firewall, wiring for the headlights, fans, and water pump all come from a relay block under the dash. The bulkhead connector is no longer used and I had a cover for it 3d printed. The wires are all loomed together and then routed through the fender wells, wire tied to the roll cage bar that is in the fender well to keep them out of the way. The after photo was taken just after I finished a cam swap, the plug wires are still a mess and need to be cleaned up some, but I think it is a really clean look.
