Lokar Cable Routing

I recently purchased a Lokar throttle cable. I have a 4 speed so I don't need to deal with kick down.

I understand this is a pretty popular replacement.

How are people dealing with the square hole in the firewall? Are you drilling a new hole and filling it or using fender washers?

Any pics would be appreciated.
