THEN add the 4.10 gears!
That's what I did on my 70 Roadrunner.
440 6bbl, went from 3.54 to 4.10 with the 5 speed. 70 mph RPMs went from 3,500 in 4th w/the 3.54+4 speed to 2,750 in 5th w/4.10s
BIG ? before you do anything...
Can you get traction now??
I don't regret changing to the 4.10s because it was the time to do it w/the transmission swap, but I have been fighting wheel spin forever.
If anything, the 4.10 helps because I roll off the start and floor it.
Once I get hooked, I believe I'll be in the 12s

That's great. They look "sticky".

I haven't seen these before, and they wouldn't work for me as a street/strip tire, but neither did the Nitto 555 drag radials I had on a Conquest TSi. I lost control in a light rain with fairly new 555 Nittos.
I've been using Toyo Proxes TQ drag radials on the street and at the 1320. They're GREAT on the street and have a safer looking tread void than other drag radials. My traction problems are because of several factors that I am addressing as time and money permit.

From the dark lackluster "performance" of the mid to late 70s through the 80s, to the amazing performance of today's muscle and performance oriented engines.
My "Police E-58" 360 V-8 4bbl on my 79 Aspen R/T, was rated at 190 some odd horsepower which was a far cry from the 375HP/480 TQ of the 440 HP engine in the 71 Charger R/T I had.
Lots of us wondered, without much hope, if performance would ever return.
The horsepower that today's MOPAR engines produce is amazing. The V6 in my 2017 Caravan puts out more horsepower than that 360 did!

I agree with the poster that said you really do not know what you have until you open it up. Granted you can add gears, header, different carb and manifold, but if you want to start changing cam and other things, you need to have the motor blue printed to get the most out of it. If this motor was put together to sell a car, who knows what was used. Block decking, volume of heads, matching of manifold to head intake ports, type of pistons, etc... Take it to a dyno shop and see what you have to start at. That might tell you how well the motor was built.

It’s a Mopar Mega Block with a 4.535” bore and 4.5” stroke with diamond pistons and eagle crank. 264/268@.050 .561/.571 lift solid roller comp cam spec’d by Dwayne Porter for long spring life and reduced valve adjustments. 337 single plane manifold, 1000cfm Holley four barrel with mechanical secondaries.

Hemi's like compression. A split duration would turn it into a monster and make it think it had 13.1. Headers/cam hydraulic roller/carb

I am not concerned about vacuum because I have manual brakes and prefer them, and I absolutely LOVE the sound of a choppy cam, especially with my Doug's electric cutouts open.
I am sold on the ESP finish on Eagle cranks and rods, so I'm glad you have Eagle, and they are in Mississippi, right next to Louisiana and I would like to visit them for a tour around the time I'm selecting components. TrickFlow 240s on a factory RB block unless I have a lot of money and confidence in the water jacketed aluminum Indy MAXX block. I'd like to get that block unless someone says not to for some reason, which would only be if there's a problem with longevity, cooling, or using it for long periods of stop and go driving, highway trips, etc.
I also have to take IQ52 (Jim LaRoy) advice on roller lifters and make them solid vs hydraulic, so less need for adjustment would be a big plus.
