I've got a "static drip" from my Milodon drain plug. I've tried nylon, aluminum, brass n rubber coated washers. Anyone got a secret to stop this leak? About 5 drops per day parked. More when running, enough to get on underside of car. Thanks in advance.

Not much you can do except run a flat file over it an see if its flat. White teflon paste on the plug threads will probably stop it.

Try thread sealant on the plug. Avoid Teflon Tape. While it is a popular choice, teflon tape can break apart and lead to clogs in the oil system. Use something like this or similar.

Thanks for replies. Yes, checked for "flatness". Gonna drain n clean w brake cleaner then try the white thread sealant. Let it cure before I put oil back in.

That should fix it. The oil has to get past the threads first to leak out the plug, so if the threads are sealed, there is no place for the oil to go.
