Mini Starter for Doug's Headers

Will I need to get a mini starter if I'm installing Doug's headers into 62 Polara with 383? Model # of Headers D451.

Probably; I used the same headers on my 440 Coronet. The headers fit the chassis fine but there was no way a full sized starter was going to fit. Picked up the mini-starter from Mancini.

I use the Denso mini-starters

For the price you should just get one anyway, I just paid $160 Aussie for a spare.

I've been reading that a mid-90's starter for a Dodge Dakota v-8 should work fine on a 383 when putting on headers. And also a company call DB Electric keeps coming up. These are suppose to be at half the price of mini starters from the big boys.
