Mopar/Classic Car commercials

I'd still love to find the one where Mean Mary Jean kept calling it a Gittix and the announcer (Artie Shaw?) kept correcting her and telling her it was a GTX. She would come back, yea, that spells Gittix, that's what I said. At the end the announcer messed up and called it a Gittix too.

Love this one!

Not a commercial but a great vintage road test )
Not sure how to load this on here, but I think I got it enjoy!)

This is from the old Car and Track TV show. They re-ran them on SpeedVision (when it was still called that) several years ago, and they were a hoot to watch. Bud Lindemann, the host, was funny. They covered a lot of Nascar races and did these road tests. Great old footage of our favorite cars (and others) in the races and road tests. A few of the races had wing cars in them, and most of them prominantly featured King Richard. He was doing a whole lot of winning in those days. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Car_and_Track

I noticed that too!! Thought I was going half nutz or something. Glad to see someone else picking up on that. Strange considering most of the clips he is on the left side.

How do you copy these ads from u tube? I have been trying to save the 68 RR commercial

RRunner,

Best way I found to do it is while the vid is up on you tube that you want to copy, highlight and copy the link in your top address bar. Come back here and on your post, select the little "Insert Icon" tab. Once the URL destination box opens up for that, paste the link you copied from You Tube..

Wallaaa!

Hope this helps
