Howdy all,

I walk my dog on the same route week after week, and as I've gotten into hanging out on this site I've started noticing the cars I walk by more. There's a piece of Mopar muscle that hasn't moved in quite a while, mostly obscured by a car cover, sitting outside in a driveway. From what I can tell, I think it's a late sixties 2DR Coronet 500... it's got the 3 tail lights in a row on the rear. I'll take a pic of it the next time I pass it, and then it's time to let the owner know that if he's going to let it sit there and rot then I can find it a better home.

Anyone who could post pictures of this period (1968-70?) Coronet to get me motivated would be a step in the right direction. I can look at random pics online, but the rides on FBBO are so much sweeter.

Thanks and happy new year!

The link you sent helped out, 6pack. Looks like it's a 1969 Coronet 500 2DR Hardtop, painted light yellow... I'm assuming stock color Y2. Perhaps it was a "White Hat Special"...

Holy Crap!!! why is that thing not in your garage??!!! it's cherry!! (assuming the interior hasn't been a home for ratatouille!! lol!)

Too sweet.
A pale yellow 69 Coronet 500.
R/T and 500 share the same trim package, except the power bulge hood and emblems.
