You aint kidding. I was able to solve that issue, found a leak at the proportioning valve and now I'm trying to find out why the driver side caliper is leaking. I have new bolt and crush washers, but no matter how tight I make it, the damn thing still leaks.

I did look inside and saw something like that yes. It looks like I solved that problem. Maybe it was not going in straight. I took the line out, held it straight and tightened the nut. Its not moving in and out anymore and its not leaking.

it seems the crush washers for calipers these days are either too thin, or too hard to effect a good seal.
