I forgot all about that stuff. I heard some hub-bub (nerd excitement ) in the late 1980's & 1990's and then n-o-t-h-i-n-g. Poof! I figured it was some novelty thing that didn't go anywhere.
Anyway, now there is a company...Aspen Aerogel.

That's way over my head. Thank God we have a person for everything we need. There are things that I'm very good at, that's never going to be one of them. That's pretty cool, thanks for sharing.
