Need help decoding cam shaft

The last I knew there were no sources for Poly cams-new. I had mine reground in 2018 and bought new lifters for the install. When regrinding a cam it will have more lift and duration because the grinder only removes iron, decreasing the base circle diameter. Probably altering the rocker arm geometry a little. For a stock rebuild it will not matter.

Is it a hydraulic, or solid lifter cam?

If it’s not a solid, those numbers suggest that maybe the advertised numbers were measured at 0.008” lobe lift. And if so, it will have a noticeable idle.
