I believe the roots of the issue reach back a couple of months..... I had been reduced to half speed......It's hard to work with a belly ache

Many years ago I found out that I have allergies to Gluten, Sugar and Dairy. Gluten was a big contributor to bloody noses at the drop of a hat and blood coming out the exhaust port. Sugar gives me raging headaches. Dairy plugs up my sinuses. Of course the first two are ingredients Beer and Bread. I do those on a limited basis and limited amount. Has to be really good. If I have too much of either, problems ensue fairly quick. A Naturopath specialist I was seeing for my Thyroid issues told me that many people have food allergies and don't know it. I cut myself off from those for about a month. Didn't notice much until Consumed them again. Then I felt the problems they caused. I haven't had a bloody nose for many years but get exhaust port issues ensue if I get off the reservation too much.

My Wife just went into the ER about a month ago with the same thing. Blood in her stool. They did an emergency
colonoscopy and all they found was Diverticulitis. We all have it because of the ultra processed no-fiber food we've
been eating since birth! She was on blood thinners, so they stopped that **** right away! Didn't find anything so
they sent her home. She had to get some blood replaced and go on Iron pills for a month to regain her strength.
Scary stuff! Take care of yourself and heal.

thanks everyone for the well wishes..... I dont have the energy to thank everyone individually
No worries there. I know all too well how it feels and wanted NO ONE to even bother me when sick with that flu mess!

I always assumed that food allergy issues ether made you hurl or squirt. Not so. It shows up in many other aspects. I've dealt with autoimmune issues for a long time. When I discovered the food allergy problem and took control of it, it got better. I still had to get the Thyroid removed later, which was a victim of the autoimmune problem. You'd be amazed a what gives you health grief.
