Neighbors Sue Man for Working on Cars in His Garage

I saw this video somewhere else, very disturbing. Makes you wonder what the real story is to their anger. Yeah, $40,000, wouldn't it have been cheaper just to move? I can just see a couple of lawyers laughing al the way to the bank!

My thoughts exactly....what really is behind their anger?

Yup, the HOA's in Orange County are Nazi Socialist groups. Here in Riverside Co, the code enforcement is tyrannical. My Homie Pete here, wirh a large plank fenced yard, had to lose about 30 cars because they were non op! They levie stiff assed fines, threaten property loss for non compliance with their nazi bullshit.

They complain about noise and odors but they have a bunch of horses. I've lived in the country all my life and in my "opinion" nothing stinks worse than a bunch of horses if their not taken care of, not even sheep. I'd rather live next to a hog farm. I'd guess they make noise when they clean their barn out and where does the manure go on their acre and a half. I'm guessing Mr. Williams knows where he lives and expects "noise and odor", I don't see him bitching about it.

Wow - with all the stuff I did in my garage living in a subdivision with houses next to me restoring cars and my dad also having lived in a sub with three non-running cars on deck for work in the side yard guess we were lucky! But this was decades ago...don't think it would fly anymore. This guy has a cherry shop and yeah how neat it would be to have him as a neighbor! My 3.5 car garage looks like **** even after some pretty deep efforts to organize it...I should get some lessons from him on how to keep it so nice...maybe a 5,000sqft expansion would help! All the best of luck to him.
