OCT 13, 2013 Million Vet March in DC and in your city

Its not that I trust the government, but I do respect the laws set forth by it when they are passed by the democratic process as was Obama Care. That's what the whole shutdown crap was about. The republicans tried numerous times to abolish it by several different ways. If things like Obama Care are passed by a majority of the House & Senate then signed into law by the President then how is it considered Socialism. The Supreme Court upheld it, were the justices appointed through Socialism? I think George W. Bush appointed a few of them. There are ways to change laws people do not agree with. That's by electing people that share your views on certain topics. If your candidate does not win then don't expect to get what you want. Democracy is supposed to win, but it seems as if the minority always screams the loudest.

That's exactly what's happening right now, this is what they promised when elected.

I thought your were a Independent {sarcasm}, Because it will be over 1/6th of the US economy, govt. take over our heath care {govt. take over of anything, that was free market prior, is Socialist} & it will be the largest Socialist program in the US history...

"TEA BAGGERS"
Wow that was offensive. I really thought that this was a non political forum, but then I open one thread and see ignorant statements like this. I really am disappointed that someone on this forum would make such a rude partisan post. I guess I was raised to a standard were I don't go around on automotive forums, and enter into conversation with such a sour attitude. I may not agree with some other people's opinions, but I am very good friends with many people of differing opinions, and have never had a problem, were I resorted to making derogatory statements about someone, based on their political beliefs. I also don't make assumptions about others, and their habits, when it comes to getting their information. Personally I watch everything, but MSNBC, I do consider myself to be informed. I do not, however venture to guess what other people do in their spare time. Unlike some, I do watch a wide variety of TV, an hear a plethora of opinions every day. I must say, however that MSNBC, is a channel that does not even attempt to hide their often offensive and hateful opinions. Whenever I do happen upon them, I am often appalled at the hate speech that is spewing out of the drunken mouths of the so called "professional journalists". So to all those of you who criticize FOX. Think before you speak, for as long as there is a Chris Matthews. Your opinion (on this subject) will always be invalidated
