The above is in the body shop for new body panels and paint. The original Body color is Y4 Spanish Gold. They are having a hard time getting the right mixture of pigments to match that color. He suggested using a more modern Gold paint. It is no where ready for the paint, but, I want to narrow this down as much as I can.
Does anyone have any ideas about the make up of Y4 Spanish Gold? Or should I just find a newer Chrysler Gold and go with that.
Any help is appreciated.

My 68 was Ember Gold Metallic originally JJ1 code I think that is the same as your gold just different year. May try that yr code and see if you like it or not

Well, after much thought, I have chosen a different Gold entirely. I looks just like a freshly poured beer! The car has had the entire sheet metal from the doors back, replaced. The roof did not need replacement, but everything on the rear of the car was replaced with all AMD parts. The mock ups are done and all parts have been welded where they belong. I have tried to post photos but have been unable to do so.

I am going to attempt posting some photos here of my car in the new paint. I can't post the photos here as they are too large to post here. Can anyone that knows how to resize the pics, be able to help me with this? thanks in advance.
