A co-worker just sent this to me and I just had to share.... I hope for the tattoo artist's sake, that it's a ball point pen instead of needle!

gotta be a joke, or its just drawn on there. tattoo places dont do it like that. they have transfers that go on 1st or freehand it on paper to show the client 1st then transfer it to his body.
if thats really on the guy, the artist is gonna be one hurting unit when that guy sees the end product.
