I’m installing the Pirate Jack Disc Brake conversion kit on 69 GTX and want to know if I can use the Proportional valve that came with the car. I have the one that came with the kit but would have to make new brake lines to make it work, any suggestion's or pics of set up greatly appreciated.

Front disc/ rear drum have a different proportioning valve then front/rear drum. 4 wheel disc can use a 4 wheel drum proportioning valve but takes a different master cylinder.

Which one is that in the picture?
A pic of the one in the car would help

The last one I did I bought some union's and added about 20" to the lines moving the proportioning valve up near the master cylinder. I first had the proportioning valve in the stock place. It was miserable down low to get to and moving it got it away from the header.

If it’s a drum brake car the valve on the car is just a simple pressure differential valve, only function is to turn on dash brake warning light if one side of the system looses fluid.

This Mopar valve is plumbed the same as the distribution block currently in your car, but it has the proportioning valve in it, and should bolt right in.
I have the same one in my Roadrunner with front discs.
