Please confirm the codes on this 426 Hemi block

Guys,

I am new to the forum. I have recently purchased a 1969 Dodge Charger R/T. Originally, by VIN and fender tag, a 440 4-speed R/T, it was upgraded to a new 426 Hemi, new transmission, new rear end, Hemi K-frame, and all the Hemi reinforcements around 2007-2008. Here are photos of the block numbers. Can you confirm what I have here. Is the date code ‘6.E.15’ a May 15 2006 block?

Is the date casting - 6.E.15 - code May 15 2006?

It's a defective block, known to grenade unexpectedly, with no tell-tale signs, and can only be scrapped by specially licensed personnel...
I just happen to be one, and I am authorized to pay shipping cost to scrap it for you in my special authorised facility.
All related parts must be sent with the block, but you can keep the car.
