I have a 72 charger with stock 318 with auto on the columm and would like to know is what can and should I do to get more performance out of 318, or should I be looking at getting a 400/440 emgine to put in, this would be just a car to play with and have fun, Thanks for any info you can give me. :edgy:
Not to be a smartass, but you'll probably get the same responses here as on your other thread. Why not give it a day or two?
Ya no prob, just seemed like some where more worried about the matching numbers, and figure that it might be more of a tech question, but thanks
I thought you said in the other thread the 318 was non matching. Really wouldn't matter unless you were going to do a nut and bolt resto.
if its for fun go small block.cheeper to build up and you will be done sooner.
