I want to pull the oil pan (8 quart Milodon) from the 440 in my 66 Belvedere and change the gaskets. Can I pull the pan without having to pull the motor up? The car will be on a lift so there will be plenty of room under there to maneuver, but I'm wondering if it will clear. Thanks, chris

I have a 68 RR, I can get mine out by dropping the center link, got to wrestle it around the pick up
and the windage tray .

remove center link and have at it.....front bolts are a pain but accessable

I HAVE to remove the center link,,,,,,,,,,
