65 belv...The car originally had the single speed wiper motor option. The wiper motor and switch that is on the car, Has been changed decades ago. The switch was wired with jumper wires from the switch harness plug to the switch because they used the wrong year switch and it wasn't plug and play.
I found the correct single speed wiper switch and the connector plugs right into it perfectly. Now im looking at the motor. Im thinking its a 2 speed motor because it has two separate double pin plugs on it.
My question is, Did the single speed motors have just a single 2 pin plug and the 2 speed motors have two 2 pin plugs? It would make sense to me that one would be for low speed and the other would be for high speed. Am I right in assuming this?

My motor has one connector with a red and a yellow and a second with 2 blue wires (I think as the colors are faded). Variable speed wipers.

Did they even make a single speed motor? I would think 2-speed minimum.
