I'm replacing my oem brake push rod on my 69 RR with an adjustable one and want to know if I need to remove the master cylinder to replace it. Or can I do it from under dash without removal. I'm trying to avoid bleeding my brakes again since I feel like I've bled them about 10 times since I put discs on the front. What do you think?

There is a small rubber bushing that holds the rod in the cylinder. Always amazes me how such a small rubber piece can secure that rod so tightly. It's a bugger to get out. Try pulling/prying it out while in the car. If that doesn't work, you will have to pull the cylinder and put it in a vise.
