Radiator Express Heater Core

Does anyone have first hand experience with Radiator Express heater cores?

I need one for a '70 RR non A/C and don't like the idea of sending my original off to be rebuilt.
The pic of it looks good, plus it has the correct '70 tube sizes.

More than likely it will be made of aluminum and from China. Rebuild the original and you’ll be happier as you know it will fit and copper and brass is better without a doubt. I had mine rebuilt for my RT with ac and never looked back

There’s a lot of bad reviews for the heater cores that are out there now, Spectra is one of them.

I would like to buy one rather than rebuild due to the price and convenience

Make sure you pressure test it before you put it in.

I had mine rebuilt by Bob at Glen-Ray. Excellent result and didn’t have to worry about figment or quality. Lots of Chinese crap out there.

I did a search before posting and saw all the praise for Glen Ray, but if there's a good aftermarket heater core available, I'd rather go that route.
