What type of radiators are you running I will have to run electric fans. And I do live at 6200 feet elevation

I'm will be running a Griffin in my 67 Satellite that has a 5.7 Gen III 5-speed. I have been adding A/C, along with a March serpentine pulley assembly. My old aluminum radiator with dual cooling fans liked about a 1/4" in clearance. The new Griffin gives me about 3/4" more in the critical area, so I will have about a 1/2" of needed space. I have used Griffin in the past on several cars and there's never a cooling problem.

Stay with a 2 core, either 1 inch or 1 1/4 tubes.
