Has anyone tried this kit from Firm Feel - removal of the rubber isolators above the leaf spring to axle.
They state that this kit by removing the isolator increases handling but gives a firmer ride - the article says nothing short of incredible.

thanks ralph

Haven't heard of that, which isn 't saying much.

What kit is that? and what article? Post the link, Might be some good reading.

Ears and eyes pinned to this since I have a Magnum with the ISO stuff. I went through heck finding the lower cup to the system. It ripped under the stress of power and age.
Below are the parts before I removed them from the car. Nice huh? Vibration city!

In the first picture, the unit on the left is for a FMJ car and is NOT wide enuff for the B body rubber biscuit. Try as I may and work hard at it, I just couldn't get it to work nicely.

I ended up getting a OE part from a fella in N.J. along with a great nose for the Magnum.

I've read about them but not used them myself. It makes sense. Less rubber between you and the road = more road feel. I hear they make solid K-frame mounts replace the rubber pucks up front, too. Eliminate some of the cushy ride in exchange for better handling.

Best I can provide is the on rails suspension article was in Mopar Action (handling department)called MOTRAIN

Article was this year most likely or end of last year.

thanks Ralph
