Rim Blow on a 68?

Will a 1970-71 E body Rim Blow steering wheel from a Cuda fit on a 1968 B body Charger? If so, is there an adapter needed? Aftermarket?

The column collets on the 69 and older cars are a smaller diameter than the 70 and up cars. I think that an adapter from a 71 to 74 B body car would fit onto the steering column shaft,but it might require some modification to make it fit over the 68 collet,but it would not fit into the collet like it does on the 70 and newer style steering column.
