RIP Tim.it was great watching the best hitters in the game strike out trying to hit your knuckleball pitches!

What a tragedy for their children.

I was until about 10-12 or so years ago, a 2 season ticket holder
right behind the dugout, behind 1st base
Oakland Athletics fan, since 1977
& my dad had 4 season tickets 10 (?) years prior
pretty much same seats, even after they renovated it in 1994
I could ride the B.A.R.T. train, from Concord to Oakland station
that was right behind the stadium...
I could drink & eat as much as I wanted, then crawl back to it
ride home, get off in Concord station, a couple 1.5 miles from my house
I could stumble home easily from there too
But;
after the umpteenth MLB players strike/then owners lockouts
& player strikes/refusal to play, for the very people that fund their incomes
BLM BS final nail in that coffin, don't even care anymore
I was done with them too...

sorry...
