I think 65K easily makes that body perfect again....... all in, including sheet metal, paint, ect
Add another 50% for all the additional parts it will need besides bodywork.
I was only referring to making it a painted shell/roller.......I'll add 10% because I always F myself
The CoPart listing states clean title, so unless I’m missing something it won’t have a salvage title.I understand that. The purchase price of the car plus 100 large (minimum) to fix it, and it will always have a salvage title. There's plenty of 440-6 Cudas out there that weren't wrecks and if I were in the market for one, I'd pass on it.
It would be nice to see the car saved. Come RC you got the funds to git ur done!

Not a B body, but does share a lot of components with the ‘71-‘72.
Could this be fixed? Would it be worth it? I’d think a rebody would be the easiest way to go, even though it’s looked down upon
For posterity:

Some insurance companies would auction it off and issue a Certificate of Destruction.View attachment 1972399View attachment 1972400View attachment 1972401View attachment 1972402View attachment 1972403View attachment 1972404
There are before pictures in this thread,so someone knows what the story is with this car.Wonder when and who wrecked the car, being the auction is here in Michigan. Never heard of anyone doing this, seems like there would be something online about it.
There’s a thread about it on the e bodies.org site started by a guy who knew the car. He posted a couple of pics of the car before it got wrecked and it was a beaut!Wonder when and who wrecked the car, being the auction is here in Michigan. Never heard of anyone doing this, seems like there would be something online about it.
