If it’s a B-body single script Hurst wouldn’t that be a early 68

I have a January production 69 road runner with single script. It was restored and not purchased so it’s definitely the born with shifter

What are you putting it in?

It will probably work fine. Maybe a bit of console ‘tweaking’ required worst case scenario

I hope so I will have a bunch of money in it if it doesn't

Yeah the whole console looks in great condition

I was amazed to see how nice the console is with the original wiring harness still intact The tack was missing but when I pulled the back seat out I found the tack under the back seat

Well the shifter is confirmed for a 68 .I sent to the Shifter Doc in NC. got an email yesterday and a quote for the total restoration. Will post photos when it's done 6 to 8 weeks

Update on the Hurst shifter just got it back from a complete restoration.,They even sent me back my old parts with a tag telling me what was wrong with them.
